Hmm. My phone is backed up though Microsoft Outlook and My Documents. It saves my contacts, email, pictures, and even my SMS, MMS, and recent emails. My apps are backed up through ActiveSync, and all will automatically load when I plug my phone to my PC. I love Windows Mobile.
