jadon im sorry that our views on this issue our different. but i just want to let it be known i have no hard feeling towards anyone in this thread. it is just a debate. i hope noone will have hard feelings outside this thread.

True but why do you think that is so? I just feel that that brings into insite a huge underlined/hidden topic thats to vast and contraversial to explain. But IMO it has to do with the goverment knowing that not all grammar school institutions aren't equal, their way of giving retribution, and keeping high level race organization quiet. quite the cover up if you ask me. But thats just opinion.

If that is the case, blacks who are educated at better schools experience a form of arbitrage, and putting downward pressure on their black counterparts at schools of lower quality. IE, blacks of privelege are taking advantage of programs designed for blacks born into poverty.
