Those have been around for a long time. Being as cheap as they are, and have been, I'd assume you'd hear more about them if they were any good.

i have a 15 of the model before the last ones made.. has the silver dustcap, things can take some serious power, not many people try them out though.. simple as that.

Looks beastly from a technical standpoint, but I wouldn't ever trust an SPL product. Flea market ish. Likely poorly built, glue will melt from 3 minutes at rated RMS power, etc. 4" coil and beastly motor don't mean nothing if it won't hold together!
