This any good?

Looking for a amp to power 2x true bass ultra 8s throwing 500 watts to each of them found this on ebay, theyd both be dual 4 so each would get 500 watts at 2 ohms on each channel.

Yeah not thinking so, my sae1200 has 4x 30 fuses and this only has 2x 30s.

Why not use the 1200? That's an excellent amp.

because i only have 1 8 right now, was planning to just sell it buy a 1000 and running 2.

I would just use the sundown. Just be careful how you set your gains.
