Yeah, anything but audiobahn, boss, and volfenhagen.

Teh rule of the hobby is you get what you pay for. I will tell you, you can find some deals on amps for about 400, you could get a kicker zx1500.1 off some sites. A budget company i've had good luck with is Powerbass. Kind of scorned on here in the community, but i will tell you they haven't let me down yet. Asides from getting stolen lol.

Check ebay for some real name brands.

try, a saz 1500d for 375 in forums...

maybe see if you can get a orion 2500d...

but seriously... search there are a ton of threads in the amplifier section asking the same "what will 400 get me?"....

so search.

Have you thought about a pair of SAE-1000D's?

Much better amps then the Hifonics and they are backed by a better warranty and true customer service!

i found them, i can almost get two hifonics off ebay for the price of one Sundown. I realise the sundown probably way better. But i dont think i can come up with $800 for two amps

It's a decent amp... SAE-1000D is superior.

E-Mail a dealer for a pricing quote on the SAE-1000D, you won't have to pay 800 dollars for two.
