this a fair price (precision power pc1400)

Found a guy on craigslist selling 2 precision power pc1400's for $135 each, or $200 for both.

He says one is missing the speaker plugs, what are these for? Are they like the old orion hcca's?

Also, could someone give me some info on these amps? How underrated are they, dependable, sought after?

Looks like this one has a few scratches on it. Seller says they work fine.
