Thinking of switching up from dc to sundown

Well after I saw the new prototype sundown z v.4 I'm wanting to get 4 15's of those and 2 ns1's but my question is when is the v.4 gonna be sold? Also I'm looking to get the ns1's new but I'm not to sure the best way to get them is it like dc where I get subs Amps from a dc rep or do I need to call sundown directly? Everyone does the dc in my area and theres no sundown.......I currently have 2 dc level 5 18's on 2 opti7001d's would you guys do the switch?
