thinking bout switching subs..need help.

hey guys. i haven't posted in a while. but since one of my L7's blew, i haven't really had enough bass cuz my current box is too small. i'm thinking bout ditching the L7 and going with 2 12's sealed. i have a kx1200.1 for use. and i drive a 98 ford escort, so trunk space is kinda limited. i can get a box maybe with 1 cube or a little more in my trunk. and money is kinda limited too. and i'm not sure about how much yet, cuz of problems right now. but any suggestions would be appreciated. and also gotta get a new box as well. but money wise, thinking around $200-250 shipped for both subs. or juzt maybe 1 really good 12. i was considering maybe going with RE. thanks for your input!

try out the KVs from edesignaudio.com or RL Is from soundsplinter.com or Atlas from ascendantaudio.com. Those subs are all made to perform in small boxes and im sure they have both dual 4 and 2 ohm so they will work wit ur amp. you could prob get 2 12" alpine type-r's for ~$200
