Thinking About Wiring Everything Up Myself

Alright, so Im still a car audio noob. I've got a HU and 6x9s installed in my '73 Duster. I got a local shop to do it, and it was pretty pricey. Now, I've got 2 subs and an amp.

Im thinking about trying to hook it up myself, but I have no idea how or what I need to do it all.

So do you think I should try to do it? What all will I need? Cables? Tools?

Thanks

Your best bet would be to buy a kicker amp kit. Kicker PKD1 to be exact. just get one on ebay they are about $110 i think and free shipping.

I see it says 5ft. AWG power wire. Is this long enought? I have an older car, its bigger than newer cars

i think they have 20' 0/1 power wire, then 5' 0/1 ground. then they also have a couple strands of 4 awg. trust me that right there is everything you need sir
