Thinking about buying a Jeep SRT-8

I went and test drove a few vehicles yesterday... two of them were the Trailblazer SS AWD and Jeep SRT-8... I love SUVs and wanted a powerful, sporty one. (I even test drove a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, and it was nice... not as fast.. but the price tag made me steer clear.

I love the SRT-8, has a much more sportier feel and it feels faster and yes it is faster.

I offered them 32,000 for a brand new black one and they will take it.

They have a problem with side impact airbags going off. Mine is totaled because of it and we are looking to sue GM now. Get the Jeep

Not really..... this SRT-8 has german/mercedes engineering

I was actually really surprised of the comfort/race feel it had. The exhaust sound is awesome... far beefier sounding than the porsche or trailblazer.

I never have driven a dodge 6.1 Hemi..... didnt think to much of them... but holy shit... those engines have some balls. Beat my buddies 2008 mustang gt with it on the test drive LOL...

I love the AWD and the ****** doesnt shift hard at all.

Brand brand new? if they're still doing the lifetime warranty, i would take it. I havent heard anything bad about the lifetime warranty they offer locally here, and know a few people who jumped on it. Do they do the lifetime warranty on the SRT?

I have not test drove that one.

I test drove a Infinity FX50... and they werent as fast as I thought they would be... and there fuel mileage is not that great to what power they do... and for 60k.... eehhhh

I even test drove a suburban with a twin turbo duramax... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif it was fun.... but not economical and it was heavy.... didnt feel right

Guy I work with has an SRT-8 and is crazy nutz! I forget all the mods he has done to it, but it jerked me so hard in my seat from take off that my neck was sore for a week.......no lies! He is running close to 11's with it IIRC. Wicked fast!

Going to youtube it and see if I can find it.
