They are cool looking 8's but i'm going for more of a sq setup. probably not going to be in any comps ever. I thought about a couple tc epics , but i still dont know yet.

when i posted about gettin 8s my main goal too was SQ. tc epics and sundown 8s were the first recommendations. I've never heard the epics, but i do believe that setup correctly, sundown 8s would do pretty good in a SQ setup.

When i asked about using the sa-8 for sq i was told they are not really made for that . I think the epics are supposed to get lower and they handle more power.

Idk how much lower it gets than this bro to be honest. When i say get low, i mean LOW these are my first subs to ever effectively hit that 27hz note in Put On without bottoming out. Once you start getting lower than that, you'll barely hear it anyway

sa's can sound good (its all in the box) but are they sq drivers?? NO

What are some of the sq sub companys anyways? I know morel makes some , but they cost more than I want to spend. I've heard dayton and tc is good.

Not alot of places but they got a few US dealers. I mean the prices are kinda high but not as bad as one might think.
