i bought 1k sqft 2 story, 2 bedroom house in a nice older area. back in January, paid 116,000 for it.

monthly payment's ( mortgage, water, gas, sewage.) come to about 900.ish a month

my first house. and needs a good amount of work..

yup.....i cheated on this trick who just bought her first rent to own property....she fell into a deep rut, quit making her house and car payments....and for what? just because i ninja butt secks her mom and her sister

do it, just bought my house last year (oct 1 was closing) and i couldnt be happier, obviously you have to start being more responsible with people coming over and such since its YOUR place, not someone elses that you just live at, but its a good investment. For 70K i cant see you going wrong honestly, and i believe on a rent to own you can pretty much cancel if you decide you dont want to buy?

I paid 87K for a 1/2 acre and a house with 2 master bedrooms (one is bigger then the other but both have attached bathrooms) and attached garage, my taxes went up this year and i have to pay a little more, my mortgage is 1050 a month, but in feb. it will go back down to 900 a month and stay there.

i paid 200k for my condos.....30 year@4.8% w/no money down. Payment is $1040 monthly but i rent one side for $875..each side is 1760 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 car garage. I pay out around $160 a month for the mortgage
