think i saw a ghost.

pullups are tough. i went to prison bootcamp a while back (6 years) and did 16 on the pt test. and that was 2 days before graduation. it was hard to hit 6 at first. i got all kinds of crap at first for being able to bench 400+, but not being able to hit 10 pullups.
yeah they hurt my shoulders like a mofo. chinups are so much easier but i was doing them for over a year, i had to change it up

 
When I weighed 330 pounds, nonone believed me and I even won money on it at work once, 25 smacks cause the guy thought I was Bullshitting. So proved him wrong, lol! I also had a 42 inch waist at that time.
I am 245 now and have a 38 inch waist now.

Savage you have a 38" waist at 310 pounds? That is crazy!
i wear a 34 at the moment. some brands of jeans are kinda tight. i've started to buy 36's just to make sure and wear belt if they're too loose. i beat that guy at elitch's that guesses your wieght by 30 pounds every year. free prizes ftw.

 
well, my pants are a 38, but my "waist" is probably a 40"but I have the build of a guirilla and pants do not fit correctly on me, seeing as how I have no *** to speak of

my inseam is only 30 inches

but Im scraping 6ft with shoes off

my neck measures about 20" usually
I hear you on the pants thing. I am not that tall, which is where my body fat comes into play. Ryan saying 26 isn't that good, yet I am only 5-10, so that at 330 pounds thats where I was at.

I haven't checked it now, waiting to get down lower.

I still have a 22 and a half inch neck, lol!

 
Have you ever used a bowflex? Resistance weight dummy, go look it up. I get better works outs with 320 resistance than I did putting up 250 pounds 20 times. It is a complete work out once you get a routine down. Plus is safer being i have a bad back.

and just how is a bowflex any safer for your back than regular free weights? id love to hear this one.

they achieve pretty much the same thing. it's comparable to a pushup and a pushup on count. it's the same muscles, but 1 is just a bitch.
