You should pick up a shotgun....nothing puckers up a robber's butthole like racking a 12ga. right behind them. Usually there is no need for words.

ive got a benelli M4, an armalite ar and several other weapons, but i didnt really want to be seen running around in a wife-beater and boxers w/ an assault rifle or shotgun in my complex..

the complex is gated and has security, so its not like im in the hood or anything

Id be in jail..looking at a long sentence..i live in washington state, which is about as puss as it gets. I have a license to carry in oregon and washington..

Makes me wonder what the cops would have said if you fired a shot into the air when you saw the other guy running away. That, or what the runner would have done after hearing the shot - would he have stopped...

btw my front door of my room (its a separate building from the house) opens right into the driveway, about 10 feet from my truck... so every time the dogs start barking i peek out my door with my gun lol
