So, i finally caught someone trying to steal my shit. I have an 08 Civic Si that's 100% stock w/ no stereo. I had a rental that was broken into a few months back where all they took was my backpack w/ all my school books along with an ipod.

Well, ~2:30 last night im lying in bed playing GTA4 when i hear some dude's talking right outside my window which is where i park..I crack the blinds and both my doors are open with these dude going through my car.

I jump out of bed and throw the clip in my sig and slowly and quietly open my back door and sneak around the building and up behind them..There's one guy in the passenger side and one on the drivers side..I come up behind the guy in the drivers side and say "find what youre looking for?"..dude on the passenger side immediately bolts, didnt even look at me..Meanwhile ive got some 20-something y.o. meth attict looking down the barrel of my 9mm...Long story short...the cops come, tell me that im lucky and stupid, arrest the meth head, other guy got away with my ipod..again..still waiting to hear what else is going to happen if anything.

This is the 8th time ive had a vehicle broken into..it was nice to finally catch someone responsible for it..Ive always said that i wouldnt hesitate to shoot some mf'er breaking into my car, but i couldnt do it..i welcomed him trying to fight or try to get away, but im pretty sure he realized i wasnt really up for being tested.

so youve had your car broken into 8 times and you still leave your ipod inside?

first, youre a fa66ot for buying an ipod, and second you deserve to have that pos stolen for leaving it inside the car.

anyway, i moved from houston, tx which is where i had the previous 6 break-ins..In the past i always had somekind of nice deck or a wall, something that someone could see and break in for..

So what is your state law for owning/using firearms? What would have been the repercussions if you would have shot him?

LOL I had a similar incident, trying to break into our house went around side and waited for him to come out, had a my AK-47 fully loaded with a 75 rd drum waiting for him, he dropped the tv and said "I quit" LOLOLOLOL
