they do look like obcon boxes, from what I remember, that was only like 10 years ago they were popular. Its like he had some old blueprints sitting in the closet lol.

they look more like the VT boxes after going through some old pics ive got

i had one of the OBCON Godzilla boxes

they were carpet and the ends had some brushed steel or something on them

the VT boxes were VERY similar
