thats a great machine ! how many of those things can you crank out in a day?
can you do other designs or shapes or excursions whatever you want to call it ?

If we have someone on it all day, we can push out about 100 a day, they take about 5 min at most to make each.

We have an aluminum mold that comes out very easily and other sizes and roll heights can be put in. The problem is to make these plates it is not cheap, I think about a grand a peice. We only have a 12 and 15 made right now but with how much we save on making them here they will pay off fairly fast.

i want...... how much, and what sizes? i'll pm you on them...

We are currently catching up on production, when we have spares I will come up with a very reasonable price and let you know.

Thanks man I appreciate hearing that, all the guys at the shop put in a lot of time and effort into putting this contraption together and because none of us have made one before it was a real learning curve.

Haha okay no problem, the place that I was working for wanted me to move down to Texas to work for a few months and can't guarantee anything else after that, so I chose the other option - get laid off.

So basically you guys can make EVERYTHING in-house, baskets and magnets and all, right here in Wisconsin? That's awesome.

Slugs are from the US but not build in house, we just assemble and magnetize in house, steel all comes from milwaukee. Baskets are from a few different places but not in house sadly, if it werent so expensive they would be thats for sure.
