are there any programs that are FULL VERSION and 100% FREE where i can take an .AVI file from a torrent DL and process it into DVD format? i see lots of em online but they are all trial versions that won't let you transfer the whole file

If you watch and delete then just get vlc media player and watch the .avi no need to convert to dvd files.
