Do you actually think there's something special about speaker wire? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifWell it wasn't actually speaker wire. It looked more like power and ground wire.
Speaker wire is directional... duh.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gifDo you actually think there's something special about speaker wire? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Hawthorne.edison, you?
Not only that, but on the Mazda 3, the deck is frequency limiting at higher volume, so the higher the volume, the deck cuts lower frequencies to the speakers to protect factory speakers. You don't notice at low to mid volume, but crank it up and see what it does. We experienced this when these cars first came out. Totally bit. Not much you can do if you have to keep the factory deck, because thats where it is limited, not any external amp to bypass or tap on in front of.
hah i know some one with an audi s4 and when he was mounting his box he drilled 8 holes into his gas tank.My friend mounted an amp for his GF, he screwed through the trunk in to the gas tank. Took them awhile to figure out where the gas smell was coming from when she filled it. Cost big bucks to fix because while removing the tank to fix it the straps had to be replaced. Hes 40 yrs old and has mechanical experience!?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
