o/t i did an install in a 96 gmc jimmy, the owner was suppose to bring me the hu to install but insisted that best buy install it since it was included with the price of the unit. So i installed everything: directed 1100d, 2x ma audio 15s in 2.5^3 chambers sealed. I ran the rca's and the remote lead up behind the factory head unit and zip tied them to the factory harness, that way when the man installed the head unit he could just connect the remote lead and rca's and call it a day. Well, the next day I get a call its him again, he tells me he got his new head unit but yet his subs don't work when he plays cd's. So i get to his house and yank the unit out. The bastards at BB connected the rcas to the rear output instead of the sub???? dont' ask me why, -and connected the remote to the power antenna output that way the amp only came on when the radio was on... i hate the dum shiits
