BTW the finish is done by first stripping the basket, then bake to remove any air bubbles from the cheap casting, then a silver base powdercoating, followed by the candy blue layer. The spider landing and surround landing surface are taped off during the process to ensure a proper mating surface.

I dout that coil is made of copper. Even if it is... it's no better. I'd rather have the lighter weight of aluminum anyway.
