older trucks/cars used to have a tag bolted on the pumpkin w/ axle serial # and gear ratio. if not take your vin # to a chevy service dept, they should be able to look it up. one "shadetree" way to aprx-mate ur ratio(without removing the cover) is to put your trucks rear end up on stands, block the front wheels, put your ****** in neutral, make a mark on a rear tire(say at 12 oclock) and make a mark on your driveshaft(say at 6o'clock). with someone turning the tire SLOWLY ONE FULL REVOLUTION, u count the number of times the driveshaft turns. 3.5 turns.....3.55:1 rears, 3.75 turns......3.73:1 rears, just over 4 turns(say mark stops at 8o'clock)......4.11:1. more than likely it's one of those three, if it's a 2wd truck, my money is on either 3.55 or 3.73. hope that helps some.

Man im having the worst day today. It all started when i went to breakfast at our local dive, Chili Works. they make the best burritos in the world, but then i realized that i forgot my project at home and i hadnt taken out the garbage. i called my mom and she got my project to me and then i botched my speech. then i go to english without having any of my homework done and i have to type all period writing a rough draft essay off a partially finished outline. now im home and still trying to forget that i have basketball practice looming over me at 5:30 mountain time. all we do at practice is run since the NMAA wont let us do stuff with a ball in preseason. well im off to fix the garbage mistake.

Yeah i know it could be worse, but i felt like complaining, i got the garbage taken care of so that lets my parents not be angry. man this week is only gonna be good cause thursday is my b-day! im not really havin a big party but goin to a friends house and just hangin out with cake and ice cream. presents of course, hopefully the infinity kappa components i have been drooling over for a while!!!
