Oh, earlier and what I just posted have nothing to do with each other.

Earlier., just general people being annoying. And I also might be going to court with the seller of one of the houses I was buying. he will not give up. And I pissed him off. My lawyer was on the 3 way call and he said, that he was tired of hearing the conversation and that the seller is "entertaining and doesn't give up" which he doesn't. He doesn't understand that im done with this deal, give me my deposit back. He just keeps coming up with BS. Now he doesn't want to talk to me anymore, like a lil ****ing kid, and only wants to talk to my brother. my brother told him that I(me) am the money man and whatever I say goes, and that im younger, hotheaded and arguing with me is pointless. The seller asked what my problem is and why I am ruining the deal and blah blah blah blah blah, trying to convince my brother to talk to me. He also tried to convince my lawyer to go through with the deal, my lawyer flat out said, "no, im not telling him to do that, he would be trapping himself by entering another contract with you"

anyway, thats part of whats going on.
