Ok...so I'm watching the home shopping network. This poor poor girl is stumbling through describing a 720p HDTV. You can tell she doesnt know shit.

I cannot stand people that are left in charge of selling electronics that obviously do not have the first freggin' clue about the gear they're trying to convince you to buy.

Many, many moons ago I was at Wright's Sound Gallery here in town looking at some Pioneer coaxs and the salesmen had to go talk to someone else for the answer to every single question I asked him.

After 6 tries I gave up and walked out in disgust.

lol everytime i go to best buy i like to see how much those dudes know and i'll ask em about rms power and amp ratings and they go "uh...let me get someone else to answer your question" and i'm thinkin in my head " i'm just gonna buy what i came here for and not have him bug me" then buy what i want then smile and say "hey man thanks for the help, learn some more" then walk away

Meh...they dont like me at wrights...

We had an altercation over some poor work they did back to my truck in the day.

My grandmother lives almost right across the street from there in those townhouses directly behind Dairy Queen.

HA HA...I got caught doing that today. I was passing time in the local BB...(I know passing time in BB, I had an excuse. One of our fellow forum members (alpineinstaller) had his phone "eaten" by a wood chipper at a paper mill. So I had to wait on him at BB, because I had no way to get in touch with him to make a meating place) Ok I digress, back on subject. So I walk into the caraudio department, and start off with my useual line. "hey man, I know nothing, I have 700 dollars to spend, give me the best for what I have" After about 4 minutes into giving me the sales pitch for the rockford P1s, The guy notices my shirt. It says...

Absolutely! The wife just recently got broadband (thank God!) so I won't have to fight with dial-up like I was when I was over there at the end of '05.

I'll just have to work out the right time of day to be online there when there's a bunch of my CA.com pals on stateside.

Depending on the time of year Mrs. Prowler's hometown is either 14.5 or 16.5 hours ahead of CST.
