Summary

They rounded up all the hustlers from the neighborhood, put them on one street and let them sell there. they called it "amsterdam". They thought that was the quick saolution to cleaning up the streets to put them on an abandoned block were the people in the neiighborhood didn't have to see "out of sight, out of mind". Barksdale snitched on stringer to the hitman that stringer set up. stringer snitched on barksdale to the cops.

Stringer=dead

barksdale=locked up again

Amsterdam= shut down once the brass and city hall found out
