what does it do? i needed a good 300 watts x2 to really get my singing, however the imaging wasn't perfect due to my install. when i had about 180-200 watts on them, the midbass wasn't great. it seemed muddy, and just seemed to lack the punch or snappyness. fed them 300 watts and the mids came alive. tweets weren't too bad either. had to attenuate them down -3db on the xover, but not harsh and overpowering like a lot of other metal dome tweets i've heardWould my 300/4 be enough to run them? Realistically, it does about 100x4, so from what you're saying it might not be the best choice.. A 450/4 would probably be better..what does it do? i needed a good 300 watts x2 to really get my singing, however the imaging wasn't perfect due to my install. when i had about 180-200 watts on them, the midbass wasn't great. it seemed muddy, and just seemed to lack the punch or snappyness. fed them 300 watts and the mids came alive. tweets weren't too bad either. had to attenuate them down -3db on the xover, but not harsh and overpowering like a lot of other metal dome tweets i've heard
