Hello Elias. We received a Shiva from a Ryan Walters, however based on the

information and e-mail address we assume it is yours. Anyway, we have

already checked out the problem and come to a decision. The rattling at

high volumes was from a small piece of material that must have gotten under

the dust cap when it fell off again on you. I removed it and there is no

more rattling. However for some reason the voice coil is rubbing. It

didn't rub when I tested it before sending it out as a B-stock, and I'm

unsure why it started to rub all of a sudden. We have never seen that

happen before. However we are going to send you a new Shiva replacement.

You should receive a UPS tracking number as soon as we send it out. Sorry

for the trouble.
