Yeah, still messin' around with her, no way i'd let that **** think i'm done with her until I go move back to my apartment and still then she says she wants to take trips there with her friends. I wouldn't be messin' around with a young-un except the **** is FAN-TAS-TIC.

he's white but i guess i'll tell you the full story.

i work loss prevention at a department store. it was almost closing time when this guy comes in wanting a refund on a game he had no receipt for. he says his kids bought it, and he talk it to walmart and they said it came from here (no way possible they can tell that) well the upc is not in the system, so that means we do not carry it. he still insists we do. apparently he has done this shit before. so he decides to go back to electronics to find a copy of it. the manager calls me and says to watch him, she doesn't trust him. well we have a dump bin of old cheap video games he searches through. well no luck. he even has the electronics associate there who says we don't have it. well he wants to look in the locked case. well the manager says, we aren't opening the case we're closed. he then proceeds to call the manager a *****. i can't hear what they are saying so i didn't think too much was wrong. well he walks around the counter and i see him clinch his fist and he walks up to the manager and goes to grab the manager by the collar. well i immediately jumped up and ran over there. i see the guy has the manager by the collar yelling at her. i grab the guy and throw him against a wall and take his arm behind his back and then walk him to the door with his arm behind his back and tell him never to come back. anyways about a half-hour later we are ready to go home. i'm the last to leave the store when all of a sudden i hear the dude running at me. this guy was so ****ing drunk he took a half-assed swing at me and i ducked under him and knocked him to the ground. i took his piece of wood and started hitting him with it. i was really pissed. one of the workers called 911 and the police station is a half-mile away. when they got there they so me beating him, and no mark on me. it was really bs i got arrested. they know i'm an lpm, but they talk me to county jail and he decided to press charges.

anyways i talked to a lawyer at the court jail thing, and he said at worst it would've been a misdemeanor assault. the thing is i had handcuffs on me so i should've subdued him when i knocked him down instead of beating him with a stick.
