Well Dre, for your current setup, a 3300x would do you just fine with the amount of power you require.. It is a 3 channel, which can also be setup to run in 5 channel mode, getting input for 4 and 5 from the front channel.. Do you run rear fill? Keep in mind that it's designed to run at 2ohms on the stereo and mono channels.. What coil config is your Assasin?

no rear fil but an active front stage and teh assassin is a single 4ohm

Yup, they were based in Phoenix, until they sold out to the MTX empire and are now made offshore.. They still maintain a website too, and have manuals online for everything they've ever made.. A real class act..
