Well, call me impatient then.. Scrolling thru a list of songs at 1 second intervals, while trying to keep your eyes on the road, when you know exactly where the song is but no other way to get there makes me crazy!! I hear the new interface also has percentage shortcuts which allow you to jump thru your lists much faster, rather than start back at 'A' again everytime you want to search.. This is a classic example of a product that was rushed to market that is barely functional.. Sure, it gets the job done, but I like my products to be a little more refined, which is a big reason why I'm getting rid of my D310.. I use my iPod every day.. Hopefully this new high-speed interface doesn't disappoint me as well.. Meh, it's still better than dealing with CD's..

I'm not that impatient, I can wait like 1 second for something, that's no big deal, but when it really starts to lag it becomes a pain in the ***.
The most important thing is that it works as it should, has all the features and is basically a solid setup. Speed comes second to quality.

If you don't use it all the time, then it might not be such a big deal to you.. I'll wait until you try it and see what you have to say about it.. SQ is really good with it tho.. Just make sure you turn off you EQ and SoundCheck on the iPod as those settings come thru the adapter as well..

thems the two 2" ports ok breaks over im going to wire it back up and clean everything up
