Like I said before, nobody will let the table sell for under $300, even if it doesn't have a cartridge. It would be too good of a deal.

Okay. Then I'll start there. What exactly is illegal about it? It's been discussed and argued ad nauseum on the eBay discussion boards. Some people disagree with the practice and some don't. If there were anything illegal about it then eBay would eliminate the possibility of it happening. Any bid placed during the stated timeframe of an auction listing is a legal bid whether placed in the first ten seconds that the listing is active or the last.

I'm not trying to be shi**y here ~ I'm simply confused as to what it is that you think is unlawful about it.
