ok, so we found a nice way to cut plexiglass.

take a fireplace lighter, and heat it up alot as your cutting it with a jigsaw/blade, jigsaw works a helluva lot better but is of course much more awkward/dangerous/hard to use...

anyway, i'm thinking this..

draw a line of liquid nails (most flammable thing i found) around where i need to cut, then light it,
