hahahahahahahahahaha yeah, i'm kinda scared about doing it too, given all the sawdust that has now enveloped my garage due to making my baffles.....

i have some fiber board thast a little thicker than the plexi... think that would do the trick ?

buy a skill saw, and a fine blade

step one fill plastic cup with resin

step two. add entire tube of hardner

step three mix, set in sun

yes, i'm trying to follow cheapie's little guide on how to seal up a door correctly.

i don't have any mat deadener or money left.

i want to seal it with some thinner fibre board or the acrylic plexi i bought... trying to figure out how to cut the plexi.
