hey...

anyone have tips on how to cut plexiglass?

we have this Optix plexiglass stuff...

we've tried cutting it with an exacto knife-blade thing, and tried cutting it with a jigsaw and a couple different blades.

any ideas ?

Plexi is a *****. My best guess is a Dremel with the cutting disks?

its molded to the glove box shroud.. the glove box its self comes out, leaving a cavity ,, i had to make a back to it.

how about some thinner wood? i wouldnt think that i could get 3/4" mdf to stick there... but maybe some thinner wood to seal the holes in my door instead.
