ok, so fortunately i have no idea how to make baffles out of MDF, i have all the 3/4" MDF that i need, i'm sure of that much.

i have a jigsaw, and a circular saw. i dont know what other tools i need besides that.

here's my stock speaker and the RC620s laid out on the MDF

and here's a picture of the speaker slot on my door...

Trace that plastic thing around the stock speaker, or tear it off and trace it...

Cut the inner hole, for the RC to fit into.

Then cut out the traced pattern.

Do the inner hole first, makes things easier.

fvckin beat is too fast, too furious. try to find out the cutout diameter of the bostons from boston cuz thatll be most accurate, or if u cant find it then measure it yourself. use the jigsaw for all cuts.
