I'm thinking about it. There's quite a few houses in my old neighborhood that wouldn't need that much work, and half of my family is in construction so that will cut down on the labor cost. I've been in contact with my uncle who said we could rehab some of them in roughly a month give or take. The only thing that's stopping me as of now is the fact that I would have a 4 1/2 hr. drive on fridays after work each weekend to take care of things. It's either that or move back home. I already drive it once a month and I don't know how I will feel about every week. But if I move home (which is definitly a viable option at this point, long story) it is definitly going to happen.

Make it happen captain. 4 and 1/2 hours isnt too bad, plus it will give you an excuse to buy a new car. You need it to commute! (cadillacs are great over the road cars)

I own a cadillac //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif . It's a 95' deville. Bought it off my step-pop last week for 3500. It's ivory, 60k mi , and mint. I'll get pics tomorrow if ya want.

gets pretty good mpg for being as big as it is too, ~22-27mpg higway.

It's pretty similar to B-more, the area in philly where I'm from Kensington/North Philly houses can be had from 30-65k and if done right can go from 55 to 95-100k depending on timing and the market.

My friend is sellng a 1995 blazer. red, under 30k on new ****** and engine. I told him Ill buy it for $500 and he said ok. We'll see if he is serious. He bought an xB cuz the starter started failing on the blazer.

I have a 79 malibu with a GN motor in it, needs a paint.

An 85 regal needs motor and ***** work. malibu and regal are sitting at my sisters house (got them for cheap haven't registered them, actually I am probably getting rid of one or both of them in the near future).

A 97 regal gs.

A 98 cavalier(bought it for cheap to re-sell pretty much sold, should be gone in a couple of days. $900 profit.).

A 99 durango.

A 96 strautus.
