There's quite a few houses in my old neighborhood that wouldn't need that much work, and half of my family is in construction so that will cut down on the labor cost. I've been in contact with my uncle who said we could rehab some of them in roughly a month give or take. The only thing that's stopping me as of now is the fact that I would have a 4 1/2 hr. drive on fridays after work each weekend to take care of things. It's either that or move back home. I already drive it once a month and I don't know how I will feel about every week. But if I move home (which is definitly a viable option at this point, long story) it is definitly going to happen.</p></blockquote><p></p>
