With a pair of them maybe. It's a mono.
You can be certain about a couple things...
1) It's $80 for a reason
2) with a 25A fuse there's no way it does more than about 300w at 2 ohms.

power ratings on budget amps are rarely accurate, and often completely ridiculous.
in the case of this particular boss and actual power the fuse holds a lot more info than the mfg's specs.
Assuming ~300w at 2 ohms, you're probably looking at 200-250@4
FWIW - there's a Profile refurb at profilecaraudio.com for about the same price that will give you around 400w at 4 ohms (it has 2x25A fuses)
At the end of the day $80 just won't get you much power.

yeah and i still got it, it does NOT do the rated power, it will do 200w rms though.
