If I were to get 2 12 in jl audio w7's, JL Audio XR650-Csi system, what 2 amps should I use to run this? Also, will I need an extra battery? Lastly, is their anyone out there who could walk me through what to do for installing? I mean like start at the head unit and go through which wire leads to what and the kind of wire.

You're going to need an *** load of power to begin with, and a lot of room. Then you'll need to look into a HO alt. and probably another battery.

Have you looked into other options?

Well yeah, thats kind of a give when dealing with JL.

I could think of a few other options when dealing with that kind of money...but it's his money.

The 12W7 goes for about $600~$700 a piece here. The 13W7 will go for quite a bit more than that from my understanding.

Check out edesignaudio.com for the A series or adireaudio.com for the Brahma or respl.com (under construction) for the XXX.

All will compare fairly close to the W7, and around half the price.
