Cannot. Anywhere from 2-8 miles with a hangover does not workout. I'll have a beer every now and then but I can't crack open my strong stuff

I have to work out after work tonight......work 8 hours till 11pm, then off to workout for two hours.......maybe only an hour tonight, lol!

Lost 100 pounds though.......but man, it is getting harder to lose the rest!

I don't think I have ever weighed 163. I was 190 in hs with 9 percent body fat. I am 205 now at about 13 I would guess

Nice, my buddy had 3.8% body fat at one point...thats freakin unreal (cross country runner)

That's not healthy at all. Anything under 5 or 6 percent is bad for you. I considered myself to be in **** near perfect shape in Hs. Not so much now. If I cut 15 pounds (in the process now), I'll be back close. I don't lift as much now so my body fat will still be more.
