I can't believe I am saying this, but I actually agree with Eugenics on this one. Tacoma all the way. More reliable and better quality all the way around than a Chevy Trailblazer or Ford Explorer.

get a silverado.....i did. i got mine (2000/z71/60k miles/leather/5.3 V8) for $12,500 last october. At the time, that was about $1400.00 under bluebook value. You should be able to find something in the 2001-2002 range w/ ext. cab for about what i paid. If you went w/ single cab, you could probably do 2002-2003 maybe more.

dang thats a good price. best i've been able to find around here is silvy's with 90k+ at about 12k, i would love to find one with 6k heh

i guess i could go 2wd and find a cheaper one tho

seems like the silverado is the popular vote, which is what my first choice was. looks like im gettin me a silverado most likely then, unless i come across some sweet deal
