Heroes are remembered, but legends never die
I picked up one these local to me on saturday for a good deal. Judging from the pics of the amp i thought it was going to be probably a hard plastic or similar heat sink, also figured it would be kind of light in weight.

But honestly the like flat black alum/metal heatsink it doesnt feel cheap. Mounting feet are metal as well and the weight is really close to the BC3500 that i use to have. Havnt got to get her hooked up yet, but i know it works. Just have got to get my box done first.

Here are some pics:

Also like above it has a surprising weight to it. I wasnt expecting it. its close to bc3500.but of course the 3500 has more components. i can wait to get it donerunning it at .5
What kind of #'s do you think you're going to pull with the 2 Obsidians?

For 300 it's a steal 2500 at 1 ohm probably will do 3200 at half
Yea i only paid $225 for mine and its like new. no marks on it other then the mounting feet, the amp is only a couple of months old pretty much mint and well taken care. it was ran at 2 ohms by the other guy.

i am not sure, i would like the just be at 150, i would be happy with that.

replaced the TX1.2600d... the TX1.2600d didn't do rated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif... but I like the look of the old over the new. Wish I could find a few of the TX1.2600d still lol

Internals look decent, but that doesn't mean to much. I've worked on amps that look beefy but used a bunch of poor components. I'm thinking of buying some 2500 watt amps from a Chinese build house and the internals look good but I will know when I see the parts in person.
