What have they done with all these players? It was almost better then a full body orgasm watching the Tigers pwn them in the playoffs. The confused look on A-rod, down to the disappointment on Jeter's face was priceless.

No, I just thought the confused look on his face was priceless. Doesn't mean I don't want him on the Tigers. With the moves Dombrowski has made, clearly A-rod is not an option and Boras is starting to wear thin on Tiger management I do believe.

@ 5 years 70 million dollars i can tell you Boras is lucky JD Drew did what he did in the playoffs as im probably 1000000% positive the red sox could have pulled his regular season numbers from the farm system for much less lol

I believe I called Arod staying with the Yanks even after they came out and said they will not pursue him after he opted out. He just doesn't fit anywhere else.

I wonder what will happen if he starts to decline at 38,39, etc. and the Yankees still have to pay him ~27mil/year for an average player...that would be funny.

i dont think they will get either of them... i do think they will either get hunter or santana though maybe both.......even with santana i dont see them winning a ws. they need 4 pitchers. 2 starters and two mid inningrelievers and that is IF rivera stays

Probably because Florida will want at least one out of Kennedy/Hughes/Chamberlain, and from what I've heard, the Yankees are dead set on not moving any of them.
