Dude the major leagues are different then little league. The motion is much more violent and your arm isn't developed. Why are you two arguing against this when it has happened to many pitchers before? Also you don't reach your prime till 25.
Also pitchers 40 years ago pitched much, much more innings then todays pitchers

maybe you werent good enough to play in some of the leagues and tournaments i played in but i saw a couple 92mph balls when i just 16.....

ur right, its happened to many pitchers BEFORE....you must not of been smart enough to be in a very good reading class either.......i said in about the last 10 years kids arent just kids that are good at sports....kids are athletes....weight training starts when you hit middle school, not when you hit the bigs.....alot of veterans in the league today say they never touched a dumbbell until they walked into a major league clubhouse. younger guys arms are developed at a much younger age.

modern technology + having a training staff larger than the team = not having to worry about pitching a few extra innings than your father did 25 yrs ago.

Actually it happened as recently as the 2007 Tigers and Cardinals, 2006 White Sox, 2005 Angels, 2004 Marlins and so on.

You are still going about before, pitchers pitched more innings 20-30-40 years ago then they do today, so your argument holds no water.

LMAO you know full well no one 40 years ago was throwing in the 90's.

they didnt teach you to count in those detroit schools did they....nolan ryan started his career in 1972 (35 yrs ago).....i think i heard once he threw pretty hard..haha...are you saying before him there was no other man in history that could hit 100 on the radar gun?

It wasn't until the late 70's and into the 80's pitchers started throwing harder. There is no question pitchers throw harder now then before.

what happened as recently, with who? ok but since you already stated that they all threw no faster than 70mph it shouldnt matter that they pitched more innings....i was playing catch at 70mph when i was 12!!!! lol
