**The MLB Thread**

You're such a dumbass. Any team in the league would kill for Detroit's pitching. Verlander, Bonderman, Miller, Porcello, Jurrjens, Zumaya just to name a few, are blue chip young pitchers. Every one of them are under 25, and haven't reached their prime yet. I expected Verlander to regress this year, but hasn't. Go ahead and compare his second year stats to Clemens, Glavine, Maddux, Johnson, Santana etc and you'll see he is in the same company. The only disappointment for me has been Bonderman. Before the break he was nearly an all-star and then fell apart.
To call you a smuck would be an understatment. There is really no word to come up with to describe how retarded you sound, but you show it post after post. Yes, we all would kill for a team ERA of almost 5! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif Rogers is used up and old, Bonderman has never proved himself, starts off hot then ends cold, same shit every year! Miller/Jerrjens haven't proved shit! Why don't I just mention some of our young talent in the Minors? That is just retarded as Miller has looked like shit his last 3 starts and Jurrjens has what 3 starts in him? I also remember how you praised Ledezma too, lol! Porcello, never even heard of him, so why would you bring up people that are still in the Minors? Yeah, they are young and might do something in the future, but until someone proves themselves in this league, no one is going to kill for their pitching. Now Verlander has proved himself to be a star, about the only one in your rotation that is decent. Robertson looks good once in awhile. Still u guys are doing horrible.

Like I said if our offense was better, we would be up a lot more because our pitching has been pretty good and real good the last 15 games or so. If Hafner starts to hit the ball, then look out. He still will have over 100 rbi's and close to 30 homers, but that is still an off year for him.

And why do you keep bringing up suburbs up? I was talking about that shit hole town called Detriot! Least I can roll down the streets of Cleveland with out feeling like my life is in jeopardy. If you do want to look them up, then look up Canfield Ohio, where I grew up most of my life. Is in the top 50 nicest places to live in the entire country, so you throwing up shit you drive through once in awhile has no impact on me.

Porcello was the highest rated high school pitcher in this year's past draft //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif He fell all the way to 27th to Detroit because Detroit was one of a few teams willing to pay his contract demands. Just because you don't know these pitchers means shit. Andrew Miller was ranked last year as the 19th best prospect in all of the minor leagues. Jurrjens is 21 years old and has pitched great in the minors and had success in the majors. Bonderman is only 24 and had been progressing in his development until this all-star break. Bonderman should've never been pitching in 2003, but the Tigers were so bad they needed him to pitch. The Tigers have 6 blue chip pitchers all under 25. Generally pitchers don't reach their prime till around 27.

Also your life is in jeopardy when you drive through Detroit because they hate fat bastards from Ohio.

Anybody watching this awsome yankee-bosox game //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If not, yanks are up 3-0

woot. yankees win again.
i gotta say the fans Yankees get the energy going at the stadium. They got that Joba chant going all inning strong. I doesnt compare to the Reyes chat, the original chant tho before they commercialized it and every time he comes up they got the stupid chant going throught he speakers!?%#!

and they always play this stupid bit.. every-body clap your hands clap clap clap clap clap clap clap clap. Some serious morons running the PA at Shea.

See, that is what I am talking about! You talk about prospects when you mentioned other clubs would kill for Detriot's rotation. I am talking about this year, not the future. That is another place and time. I take one year at a time numbnutz! We have quite a few good pitchers in the Minors as well, but they have yet to prove themselves. I dont care what they did in HS or how high they are. They still have to excel in the minors to be legit enough to start in the big leagues. I know it is hard for you to understand the simple things, but my god, get your head out your big fat ***!

Also Miller looked reallllllllllllll good against KC last night, lol! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

4.5 up and climbing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It's funny you call me fat when you are fatter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Miller shouldn't even be on the big league roster. He only has one pitch right now and is struggling with location. He needs to go back down to develop his secondary pitches and re-gain his control. Every rookie doesn't just burst on the scene and dominate like Verlander did.

I'll take young talent like Miller, Porcello, Jurrjens over average veterans like Cliff Lee and Jake Westbrook.

Joba cut through the heart of the best AL lineups on 2 pitches and hasnt shown a curve or change yet. Supposed to have a crazy 12-6. Real deal.

Saturday should be interesting they dropped Mussina to pitch Kennedy @ Tampa Bay. The Mets are bringing up Phil Humber to face Smoltz, not sure how smart that is.

I swear to god...it took so much self restraint for me to listen to the Yankee game on XM today, and not turn around, drive an hour and a half from my job to Yankee stadium, and strangle Suzan Waldman and John Sterling, so they could never speak on the radio, ever again.

I hate them both with a passion.

I remember them saying last year in the ALDS, that the Yankees will have great success against Bonderman and Jarret Wright will shut down the Tigers lineup and the Yankees will take the series in 5. We all know how that went //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Funny, how I weigh less than you chubster. So again talk all the shit you want, you still are fatter. I also bet, I have a lower body fat count as you too.

Plus you are ugly as sin and no wonder you couldnt get a chick with Ron Jeremy's dick!

Also you once again prove how you don't know your shit! You talk about how Miller is up and coming and added him to a rotation that people would kill for, lol! Then you talk shit about him. You make no sense what so ever. Oh, but wait..........you would take him over Lee, which Lee has had 3 decent seasons, just had a horrible year and they did the right thing sending him down. He will be back and doing better, guarentee it. Then Westbrook who is no big star, but gets the job done and has went from a 7.36 era when he was hurt and brought it down to 4.30 something in like 6 starts. He is one of the hottest pitchers in the league right now. So again you dont know what the shit you are talking about. I would take Lee and Westbrook even in the future over those bums who have proved nothing!

Where did I talk shit about Miller? I said he wasn't ready yet to pitch in the bigs. He needs to work on his breaking pitches, because in the bigs you can't get by with just a fastball. Apparently the Tigers agree because they sent him back to the minors. It's odd they do that now since the minor league season is almost over, but they dropped him from the rotation.

It's funny you know nothing of the minor leagues and can call guys like Miller, and Porcello bums when you don't even know a thing about them.

Also you claim to weigh 265, even though you look to be 280-300. I weigh 260 but I'm 6'1 and you claim to be 5'11, so my body mass index is lower then yours, making you the fatter one, fatass.
