LOL only a matter of time. 59 years and never //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Even if Cleveland wins the division, they'll be done in the ALDS. Neither Detroit nor Cleveland will do anything in the playoffs. The Tigers have suffered way too many injuries.

Also Cleveland nor Detroit is going anywhere in the NBA next year. Chicago, Boston, Orlando etc are up and coming teams.

Anyways Detroit was still ranked as the #1 sports city in North America.

BTW at least you won't look quite as retarded when yo say Polanco was an all-star.
I dissagree. When Cleveland wins the Central and Detriot is still sitting at home because they couldnt even win the wild card, Cleveland will make noise in the playoffs if their pitching stays intact. We need Westbrook to keep pace and with those solid 4, which they have been lately we could do some damage. If it wasn't for our offense ******* as of late we would be up 6 or 7 games by now. Also blame all the injuries you want, but Zumaya is not your whole team. He was your major injury and has sucked since coming back. Rogers was hurt did good, then sucked and got hurt again, no loss there being he was hurting the team. Only reliable guy in your rotation is Verlander, who has been ******* besides he last outing against the Yanks.

Detriot ranked 1st in, dont drive through any part of the city past 900pm or you will end up with a bullet hole somewhere.

BTW you wont look quite as retarded when you say CC Sabathia would be 5th in the pitching roatation if he was on Detriot. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

Who the hell names their kid Joba?
its a nickname that stuck, birth name is Justin.

Its awesome how the season is running down and noones really running away with a postseason ticket.

Mets and Yanks both have the same problem, sh*t pitching, having to rely on a Lawrence or Mussina in crucial games. All prayers going to Pedro. Joe Smith isnt coming back up, blows. the Yanks couldve been really solid if they moved up Kennedy, who was rated better than Chamberlain, at least pull Henn and use the guy like Joba. Too bad Joba cant pitch consecutive days because of the stupid rules Cashman put on Torre.

You guys just lucky our GM got bored and had to start playing with the bullpen.

and a Met fan who hates the Yankees, just another bitter person to me aaahhhh grow up. Some even scream obscenities at the games when they should be making more push for their own team.

believe me i would love another subway series more than anything, talk about some sweet redemption!

How do you guys have shit pitching? You have Perez, Maine, Hernandez and Glavine, with Pedro supposedly coming back soon. All those starters besides Glavine is under 4 in ERA, which is really good nowadays. I would love to have that rotation. Then you have one of the better closers in Wagner, Heilman who is an excellent long reliever and Feliciano who is looking good this year. Would have been better if Dunar Sanchez wasn't hurt too. I don't get how you Mets fans always complain about your pitching. Slammed always says how bad the pitching is for the Mets and he is an avid fan of them. Hell you could have Detriots starting rotation, lol! Look at the bright side. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Zumaya, Rodney, Rogers, Bonderman, Robertson, Guillen, Polanco, Sheffield, Thames, Miller, Inge have all missed time due to injuries. The only regulars to not miss time to injury is Granderson, Magglio, and Pudge. Detroit has lost more man games to injury then anyone else. Almost double the amount of man games missed as last year.

What's funny is you bring up Detroit and crime, when Cleveland ranked 7th in the country. On the flip side, Troy ranked 5th on the safest cities, and Sterling Heights ranked 16th safest, which are suburbs of Detroit.

Detroit has been bad the second half, but is only 2.5 games back. Cleveland isn't doing much better.

Also Zumaya has missed significant time and getting his arm strength back up to 100 MPH takes time.

You're such a dumbass. Any team in the league would kill for Detroit's pitching. Verlander, Bonderman, Miller, Porcello, Jurrjens, Zumaya just to name a few, are blue chip young pitchers. Every one of them are under 25, and haven't reached their prime yet. I expected Verlander to regress this year, but hasn't. Go ahead and compare his second year stats to Clemens, Glavine, Maddux, Johnson, Santana etc and you'll see he is in the same company. The only disappointment for me has been Bonderman. Before the break he was nearly an all-star and then fell apart.

Im looking at the bright side being playoff bound but you never win a world seies with mediocre pitching, and some arms look tired especially Maine.

you could bite your fingers off watching Heilman pitch.
