Fat chance of that happening. Especially against Cleveland. They can put some runs up on teh board real quick.hopefully rogers will have a quality start in him tommorrow

Kenny Rogers is going to get rocked. Just like I told you right at the all star break. He would not have nearly as good a half.lol you just wanna keep piling on rogers. i'll take kenny rogers as the 5th best starter
BTW: Detroits ERA at the all star break 3.46....since the all star break 4.78
Not that the White Sox have any room to talk, but just thought I'd point that out. Both teams are giving up 1.xx ER per game more since hte break.

I thought I already explained his problem. He's old, he doesn't have the stamina he once had. He's not going to hit spots because he's not as fresh as he was during the 1st half.if he hits his spots he can give detroit some solid innings.

Bonderman didn't do too well tonight, and I give Verlander about 2 more starts, you'll see his ERA jump to 4-5 ER a game for the rest of the season. He'll finish with an ERA in the mid 3's to lower 4's.

You didn't explain anything. His ERA since the all-star break explains enough. I don't care if he goes 12-0 the second half, that doesn't mean jack if his era is 6+ for all of those games. So I suppose Roger Clemens is a shitty pitcher right? He's got a losing record. You want to know what a pitcher is doing, look at the ERA. Not wins and losses. Also 2006-2003 = 3 years. That's the difference between a Randy Johnson throwing 97-98, and the Randy Johnson of today struggling in some games to hit 93.he pitches in detroit where it's a pitchers park, and the heat isn't as bad as in texas where it wears you down. in 2003 when he played in minnesota, he went 6-2 the second half. i thought i already explained this?
Lol, you are so going on the defensive. Where did I say Bonderman wasn't going to pitch as well? Bonderman will probably be your more reliable pitcher.so bonderman has one shaky inning and you are saying isn't gonna do to well?
