yea, but they arent today are they....why cant you guys go on another bad streak...it can happen ya know... You know what else is funny...this year, 1st half of the season, you guys against. WHITE SOX, RED SOX, YANKEES, has sucked! and you have split with MINNand your last 9 games of the year are freebies

chicago against red sox 1-2, detroit was 1 strike away from beating boston untill youkilis hit a go ahead 2 run homer, chicago is 0-3 against new york. detroit is 1-3 against new york and had a lead in the 9th and blew it in one of those games

Yeah, I don't see any 90 loss seasons in there. Now why don't you go ahead and post the Tigers records. 5 winning seasons in a row.

isn't exactly a power organization picking up low 80's wins in a weak division that featured detroit, minnesota, and kansas city

sure the tigers have had bad seasons but this is a totally different team, so could ahead and believe that because they had bad years before they are bound to loose this year.

actually no. detroit used to be in the al east, playing new york, baltimore (when they were contenders) and boston, and go before that toronto when they were world series champions

1st.. we didnt play new york in the first half...

2nd. we only played boston once in the first half..

3. VS YOU, Texas, TWINS, , we went 15-8 add on st. louis... SWEPT, add on Baltimore.. SWEPT houston. 2-1

so that stat right there, shows that we WERE playing A LOT better than you guys vs. the top 3-4 teams in the AL and done great vs. the top teams in the NL

not saying detroit was a good team but chicago played in week divisions. besides cleveland it sucked. some one had to finish second. come on the central had minnesota, kansas city and milwaukee.
