The Dodgers looked really strong in the first half. Now they are 3 games under 500 and 6 or 7 out of first. I really think SanDiego has a good shot at that divison this year. I really hope the Giants dont take it, however they got a good guy in Hillenbrand. I am kinda surprised to see the Blue Jays get rid of him. I mean they are playoff contending team this year. Yea, San Diego has a good team, but we need a legit third baseman who can hit. We have a very young infield, and we were in discussion with the Indians about Andy Marte. That would be an awesome pick up! But if we don't pick up a bat, SF is gonna give us a run for our money.

maybe carlos lee will become a tiger? milwaukee is fading so maybe they'll look to unload lee. prolly get him cheaper then soriano, but soriano also bring base stealing which the tigers need

How can you even root for them when they have Bonds on the team?? Anyway, I think the Dodgers have the most promise in that division right now. They have the best starting pitching and the best upcoming stars in the making. Bullpen needs work but they should be able to own that division in a couple years and own for a bunch after that.
