LMAO where was Cleveland between 1954 and 1995? LOL contended more then Detroit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif At least the Tigers weren't a cursed franchise like Cleveland was. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Actually the Tigers were the ones who cursed the Indians //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hilarious.gif.02a037aad04aa96f19982b298a3d70a8.gif
So what if he has pitched a lot of innings? Apparently you don't know much about pitching. Bonderman got waxed the second half and is now having arm trouble because he pitched so much last year. I'm surprised Verlander hasn't regressed. CC has had injury problems and having him throw this many innings can jeopardize his arm, but frankly I hope Wedge continues to use him.

Also drastically increasing a pitcher's workload is not good. Carmona is on pace to rapidly increase his innings. That is not good for a young pitcher. Look what happened with Liriano. At least Leyland tried to limit Verlander down the stretch last year.
K since you seem to be consistent on the retard level.......................//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I dont care what the Indians did way back in the day to be honest. Cleveland since 94 has done a pretty good job contending and had years over 100 win seasons and have done fairly well. Might not have won it all, but made it too the WS against the Braves. You have one run since I think 1988 and all of a sudden you think your shit dont stink. Please!

About CC, well not my fault he isnt Bonderman and sucks! Sorry for your luck! I told you a while ago Bonderman was nothing special, yet you praised him and even put him above CC, when really he hasnt proved shit! Also how is CC getting jeopardized being he gets stronger with each outing. Not like we are putting him in on 3 days rest or something like SD did with Peavy. Also you took a guy like Lirano who was a relief pitcher for a while and then they put him in the starting rotation. CC has always been a starter and averages over 30 starts a season through out his career. He might have gotten hurt, but always comes back stronger.

Carmona is young, so he will just get better too. He is made to start and not come out of the pen like they had him last year. He worked a lot on his stuff in the off season and can tell. Still better than anyone in your rotation. Hell Verlander would be #3 in our rotation, lol!

Cleveland won yet again. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

LOL years over 100 wins //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif try two in the what 100 year franchise history.

Cleveland only made the playoffs because the central was so bad. They made it at least twice with less then 90 wins. Detroit, Kansas City, and Minnesota were not good during the late 90's, and Chicago was mediocre at best.

Also Bonderman has a bum elbow and is on the DL for the rest of the season. If it wasn't for that jap in Boston, Bonderman would've been an all-star, but we had the whole continent of Asia vs. Michigan.

Also dumbass, Carmona was a reliever and moved to the rotation. You should not increase a pitcher's innings by more then 20-30 per season. That's why Leyland kept putting off Verlander's starts last year.

Any baseball fans out there?

Im rooting for the NY Mets.....I believe that we will take the east this year.

Magglio is right up there in OBP, slugging, OPS. He also is near the top in base hits, doubles, XBH, RBI's, BA w/RISP, and of course leads the league in batting average. Magglio is having an epic season as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Actually Chicago had some good seasons, but you are right Detriot did **** for a long time and was usually below KC. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

As far as Bonderman goes, sorry to hear that, but wont be a huge blow since he hasnt done shit since the all star break.

Again you prove your retardness! Carmona came up as a starter, got rocked then they moved him into the bullpen and even tried him as the closer. He still got rocked and he barely played then. Matter of fact I think they sent him down, but I cant remember about that as he didnt matter to me much last year. It was painful to see him come in a game. Proves just how much he has worked on his stuff. Total turn around.

Carmona pitched 74 innings last year and is already at 194 this year. It is not good to increase a young pitcher's work load like that. Don't worry, it'll catch up next year like it did with Detroit. I encourage the excessive use of Carmona and CC.

Chicago had one season in the late 90's where they finished above 500 with 85 wins, so Cleveland was the only team with a winning record in that division. That division was as bad as the NL central. Hell Detroit was the first team to win the wild card out of that division.

So what, you are just pissed because we have one of the better 1/2 punches in the game this YEAR. Maybe it will catch up with them next year, maybe it wont. Next year is next year. I think it is funny you are thinking about next year when you guys could still make a push for the wild card. Then again Yankees have that on lock for the most part. No wonder you watch the WNBA, LOL! Got to root something that Detriot has a chance in.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fro.gif.c695f1f814b01c4ad99fe7f8cccadd29.gif

You are right, just about every year the tribe was first in the mid to late 90's. Thanks for reminding me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It's common sense dumbass. Look what happened to Chicago in 06. Their great pitching staff in 05 was tired and worn down in 06. Please, continue to overuse CC and Carmona.

You're right Detroit is not done. They are 5.5 back behind Cleveland with 3 to play at Cleveland. If Detroit sweeps Cleveland, they are right back in it, if not, the division is over.

You know nothing of pitching and evaluating young talent. I'm pretty much through talking to you as I found another forum with intelligent baseball people. Does the phrase "Carl Crawford is better then Curtis Granderson will ever be" sound familiar? Perhaps you would like to eat your crow now.
